Distressed or Delayed Project Fund
Our new Distressed or Delayed Project Fund is a targeted Investment Debt Fund for Real Estate projects impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic or other external forces, that have been delayed or put in jeopardy of completion due to lack of capital.
Funding available from Gateway’s new groundbreaking program can be in the form of equity, debt, or a combination of both. In certain instances, either a joint venture with our experienced development group, or a complete buyout with our development group completing the project may be possible. Terms for participation are flexible and on a case-by-case basis.
